Grids

A good grid tips the scales of production. By tuning the aperture and positioning of holes, discharge angles and surface, we achieve the density you need for your scrap.

Our materials are engineered to offer a long-lasting wear for your grids, resulting in less frequent downtime, lower maintenance costs and steadier scrap quality.

The grids are available in manganese or quenched and tempered CrNiMo steel, in all styles.

Materials

  • MN13 – tough, dependable, great value for money
  • MN1 – our premium Mo-alloyed manganese steel, designed for superior hardenability and mechanical properties
  • NV-0 – low alloyed steel, quenched and tempered to the desired hardness range with an eye to optimal resilience.
